CEO, VP Business Development and Head of Sales: Brian DaBinett
Brian has an 18 year career in IT with wide technical, project management and sales experience. In 1997 he joined information assurance specialist Vistorm and in 2000 assumed responsibility for the application infrastructure delivery team growing the business unit from £2.3m to £6.1m, only leaving in 2003 to found a niche consultancy company in the UK. In 2007 Brian co-founded Accario Inc as a vehicle to deliver their EPAFactory and VirtuaWrapper technologies.
Chief Technical Officer: David Coombes
David has a 9 year career in IT and software development. In 1999 he joined information assurance specialist Vistorm where he took a leading role in the design and development of the company’s application delivery platform, later authoring several application solutions which formed the basis of AppSense Technologies’ Environment Manager. David is a co-founder of Accario Inc.
Chief Financial Officer: Rick Noling
Rick is a C-Level executive with extensive management, operational, and financial experience. His expertise is in rapidly growing venture-funded and public companies. Richard has with more than 30 years of success in the value creation process for companies in the software, hardware, and new technologies industries. He has provided leadership that has culminated in two successful IPO’s, three corporate mergers, and the revitalization of underperforming companies into market leaders. As a “hands-on” manager, Rick orchestrates turnarounds by identifying clients’ core drivers and inefficiencies and creates new focus and revenue solutions to firmly set them on the path of growth. He has successfully completed five rounds of venture capital financing and two rounds of angel financing for private companies in a variety of industries. Rick serves on the Board of Phoenix Technologies (NASDAQ-PTEC) where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He also serves on the Board of Hi/Fn Corporation (NASDAQ-HIFN) where he is also Chairman of the Audit Committee.
